We have some exclusive CSI Miami scoop about Elizabeth Berkley’s character!

We finally get to see Horatio’s ex on CSI: Miami… and word on the street is that it is his ex-wife not just his ex-girlfriend! Her name is Julia Winston, and she was married to a billionaire but recently widowed (how convenient). She arrives in Miami and wants Kyle back. She was a military nurse who had a fling with an undercover working Horatio, but she left before she told him she was pregnant with Kyle. But turns out they must have gotten married somewhere along the way, but I am guessing married under his undercover name and not as Horatio Caine.

It is also worth noting that this is the last episode that was written before the writer’s strike, so we won’t have any new CSI Miami for quite some time, and there is more to the Julia/Horatio/Kyle story than just this one episode. Elizabeth Berkley has recurring status on the show.

The episode airs Monday January 14th (yes, it got bumped back a week since this is the last new episode they have) and is called Raising Caine.

Jenna Fischer apparently wasn’t good enough for the Dancing with the Stars producers, as she used all her angles and connections to be a contestant, all to no avail.

The actress felt sure she’d be a perfect fit for the celebrity talent contest and set about contacting show bosses when the first season of “The Office” became a TV hit.

She says, “They wouldn’t take my call. I had a dance background, I grew up doing ballet… My people called and I tried to use all of my connections and they wouldn’t see me, so I was rejected from ‘Dancing With The Stars.’”

And Fischer insists it had nothing to do with producers’ fears she’d be too professional.

She adds, “I wasn’t going to be that good. I was gonna stumble my way through, but it seemed like fun.”

She would have been a lot of fun on the show, not to mention fun for us to watch. Of course, this could all be a ploy and she actually is one of the new Dancing with the Stars 6 dancers which will premiere in March.

Now comes word that Brad and Laurel went to Vegas (of all places!) together where they were spotted at Treasure Island being all lovey dovey. What a slime Brad is!

“Brad and Laurel had dinner with two friends at around 8 p.m., and it was very clear that it was a double date,” a witness tells In Touch. “They were gazing at each other, laughing and sitting very close.” After dinner, the pair left the table – and surprised onlookers by going into the same bathroom! “Laurel was giggling and pulled Brad in before closing the door,” says the witness.

The magazine claims that Brad’s romantic reunion with Laurel, the owner of Peach Body Boutique in Westlake, Texas, doesn’t come as a total shock. Although Brad denied online rumors that he was texting Laurel and begging her to take him back throughout the taping of the ABC reality show (“I didn’t even have a phone during filming; the only people I talked to were my mother and brother,” he told In Touch on November 21), he also added, “I think Laurel’s amazing, but we’re definitely not back together.”

Now, I totally understand that he has to get on with his life, but it certainly does nothing to help public opinion of him that he is back with the chick he denied he would ever get back with!

This time, they have released an 8 minute 15 second recap of the entire series to-date, meaning if you have missed a few key episodes, or just want a refresher, you can get it all in just over 8 minutes of video goodness.

Do you swoon when you watch Serena and Dan together on Gossip Girl? Well, you just have that much more to swoon about because it turns out the two lovebirds are also hooking up off the screen too!

We hear that toothsome twosome Blake Lively and Penn Badgley — whose uptown/downtown relationship keeps the hit show sizzling — have quietly started dating in real life.

“No one is really supposed to know that,” laughs an insider. “I was told by a friend of the family.”

The new tryst has meant Lively disentangling herself from her former boyfriend, and Burbank High School classmate, actor/model Kelly Blatz.

Hopefully they broke off those other relationships before Daily News Gatecrasher published the story!

Law & Order has added some new faces to the lineup. Jeremy Sisto, best known from Clueless and Waitress is officially joining as Detective Cyrus Lupo (come on, who picks this names?). He’s going to be the new partner for Detective Ed Green, played by Jesse L. Martin.

Also joining is Linus Roache, who is playing Michael Cutter, the new Chief Assistant District Attorney (more on that here). He takes over the job from Jack McCoy (Sam Waterston) who is getting the new job of District Attorney. And he of course took over the top dog job from Fred Thompson’s character DA Arthur Branch. Thompson, of course, left the job so he could make a run at president, which doesn’t seem to be going so well for him at the moment.

Back to Sisto’s character, he is arriving after spending the last four years working undercover abroad. But he’s back to help Green solve the case of his brother’s death in New York, which is a case of assisted suicide.

Law & Order is back on Wednesday January 2nd at 9pm on NBC, and fans will get to watch two episodes for the season premiere instead of just one. A great thank you for those 18 year fans of the show!

Can’t get enough of Dancing with the Stars? Well, a new season is mere months away! The sixth season of Dancing with the Stars will premiere on March 17th at 8pm. Then the first results show will air March 25th. Dancing with the Stars 6 has not announced any of the celebrities yet, unfortunately. So we will keep you posted as rumors about potential dancers pop up!

You better not be hoping for more 90 minute episodes of The Bachelor for its 12th season hosted by Chris “the most dramatic rose ceremony ever” Harrison, because all the episodes - even the season premiere - will only be one hour episodes. It used to run following the 90-minute episodes of Dancing with the Stars, but this time around Samantha Who? with Christina Applegate will air between Dancing with the Stars and The Bachelor.

The first episode will air on Monday, March 17th at 10pm. No word yet on who the Bachelor, or any of the Bachelorettes, will be.

SOAPnet is airing an eleven hour marathon of One Tree Hill episodes, airing favorite and key fourth season episodes to get fans ready for the upcoming fifth season which begins airing on January 8th. The marathon will begin at 11am on New Year’s Day, running for eleven hours.

So The Donald is back, and he is trying to liven things up with the celebrity edition of the well worn Apprentice series. So who are these celebs? Here is the cast of Celebrity Apprentice, SpoilerBuzz style.

Omarosa. Hmmm… is she really a celebrity? But she definitely is the most colorful and controversial of all the previous Apprentices, so I guess that counts for something.

Gene Simmons. Guess he’s taking a break from filming Gene Simmons Family Jewels by drumming up his entrepreneurial skills for the Apprentice. He could be pretty entertaining to watch, I’ll give him that.

Lennox Lewis. The former heavyweight champion and Olympian would have been better in following other’s footsteps into Dancing with the Stars, but could be one of those ones who ends up being hired simply because none of us saw it coming.

Tito Ortiz. Aw, how sweet, a former UFC star is showing he isn’t all style and there is some substance in that brain of his that has taken more than its fair share of hits. Wonder how he and Lennox Lewis will get on. And oh yeah, Tito also gets it on with porntastic Jenna Jameson.

John Cena. Another fighter (is The Donald trying get close to them because of his own inadequacies?) Well, this guy is from WWE fame, although he also fancies himself a hip hop star and actor.

Stephen Baldwin. Another one of the unsuccessful Baldwin Brothers. Enuff said.

Carol Alt. Supermodel best known for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue way back in 1982. Fortunately, she has aged well!

Piers Morgan. Famous for being a judge on the lackluster America’s Got Talent with American Idol bad boy Simon Cowell..

Marilu Henner. Best known for her role as Elaine in Taxi. She is also somewhat of a health and fitness guru with telvision shows, books and a short-lived talk show.

Vincent Pastore. Here’s hoping that this is a bit easier on this Sporanos star him than his attempt at Dancing on the Stars which saw him quit a mere week after practice started.

Tiffany Fallon. What would a good celebrity apprentice be without a requisite Playboy Playmate? Don’t worry, the Donald has got you covered with 2005’s Playmate of the Year. She is also expecting a baby in May with Rascal Flatt’s hubby Joe Don Rooney.

Jennie Finch. One of the members of the Olympic Softball team that won gold at the 2004 Summer Olympics. She also works for ESPN.

Trace Adkins. We got country covered! Trace is a well known country singing star with a bunch of hit records and singles. I think he will be one to watch.

Nely Galan. Who? At least I have heard of everyone else. She is apparently a media entrepreneur who launched Galan Entertainment. Anyone?

Another mug shut for the Michelle Rodriguez collection. The troubled Lost DUI curse star checked herself into Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood yesterday.

According to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Dept. records, the former “Lost” star checked in to Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, south of downtown Los Angeles, under her given name, Mayte. Michelle is her middle name.

Rodriguez must serve the full stretch in the overcrowded jail, where sentences for minor crimes are often cut short. In November, actress Lindsay Lohan served 84 minutes of a 1-day sentence, while reality TV starlet Nicole Richie was released 80 minutes into her 4-day term in August.

A judge sentenced Rodriguez in October for violating her probation on previous drunken-driving and hit-and-run offenses, and specified that she not be granted work furlough, early release or home confinement.

All this because she didn’t complete her community service, and because she consumed alcohol 3 times while wearing her alcohol monitoring bracelet. How dumb can you be to drink when you KNOW Big Brother is watching?

As you may recall, she was first sentenced to 60 days in jail back in May 2006, but she only served an hour due to overcrowding. Looks like she won’t be getting a break this time around!

Y&R spoiler alert! David is proposing - yes, marriage! - to Nikki next week. And her response is less than enthusiastic… in fact, it is a “Wha-at?”. Can’t you just see David’s reaction? And don’t you just think that Victor is going to have more than a few things to say about that! It’s just kind of like the icing on the cake of all the lawsuit brouhaha.

So news comes that Sarah Brown, who portrayed the very memorable Carly Corinthos from 1996 to 2001, is setting foot back in Port Charles in 2008. But surprisingly, she won’t be taking over the General Hospital role she originated from current Carly actress Laura Wright. Instead, she will portray an entirely new character… so of course you have to wonder if the character will be somehow releated to Carly.

Sarah Brown won three Emmys portraying Carly. Since she left the show, she has guest starred on several television shows, and has been a regular on Cold Case, although she only ended up appearing on 5 episodes.

Spoilers speculate that she will play Johnny’s sister, Angela Zaccharam and will turn out to have had a bit of a history with Ric.

This is what AMC fans have been waiting a long time for. Somehow Jesse Hubbard is being brought back from the dead and being reunited with his wife Angie. And Angie’s return is connected with the return of Rebecca Budig, who is returning to the role of Greenlee.

Meanwhile, Ms. Morgan’s first episode as Angie will air on Friday, January 18 and will bring her back to Pine Valley Hospital to consult on a medical mystery that’s killing Greenlee and a secret patient. Times of crises often bring loved ones together, and this case will bring about the most shocking reunion of all time: After 20 years, Angie will reunite with Jesse when Mr. Williams makes makes his first appearance on Friday, January 25.

It isn’t a stretch that Jesse is the other secret patient. But I am curious as to how they will bring him back… as long as it doesn’t turn out it’s not really Jesse but his evil twin!!

Bow Wow, formerly known as Lil Bow Wow, is guest starring in the January 3rd episode of Ugly Betty. The episode 2.11 is called “Zero Worship” and also features Omarion. Both are appearing on the show as themselves.

No, this isn’t the musical episode we all have been waiting for, but the two perform as Betty struts her stuff on the catwalk as the model Daniel uses (can’t wait to see how that happens) for the fashion show.

Annie Potts also guest stars on this episode as Linda, along with David Blue, Alec Mapa, Derek Riddell, Wendy Benson, Carol Ann Susi, Elizabeth McLaughlin, Hannah Marks and Rob Brownstein.

If you are an All My Children fan, we have some spoilers for you on the return of Rebecca Budig as Greenlee Smythe! She has been away from the soap… as many will remember she married Bob Guiney of The Bachelor fame (no she wasn’t a bachelorette, but the host of his Bachelor series when it aired on ABC Family) and recently guest starred on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. She played Greenlee from 1999 until 2005.

Rebecca returns to All My Children on January 16, 2008. Sabine Singh, who had portrayed Greenlee since last spring, and definitely took the character in a different direction will be leaving the show the day before Rebecca returns.

And now for some All My Children spoilers! Yep, Kendall will come clean and reveal to Greenlee that she did not cause Spike’s deafness. And the first scene of Rebecca’s that airs will show her at a homecoming party - with Kendall - at Fusion. I am pretty happy to see Greenlee return, I love her character, although I do admit I loved her a bit more when Las Vegas star Josh Duhamel was still on the show playing Leo du Pres.
